Choose the Right Plan for Your Guiding Journey
Creating a guide profile on Cape Town Trail Guides will always be free. To help you get started hosting events, we offer a free 30-day trial of our Basic plan - so you can test the waters and host up to four events on Meetup at no cost.
Once you're ready to expand, choose the plan that fits your needs with options to host 4, 8, or up to 12 events per month on our Meetup group. If you need more than 12 events per month, or you want greater flexibility in managing your own events, our Ultimate plan puts all the power in your hands.
Guides on the Standard, Premium or Ultimate plans also have access to an optional feedback service: we’ll send a short survey to your attendees after each hike to help you gather reviews. These will be used to build out individual review pages for each guide - boosting your credibility and helping potential hikers connect with guides they trust, based on real experiences.
